Communications Officer Internship (Paid)

Contract: Fixed Term Internship for 12 months
Hours: 35 hours per week including occasional evenings and weekends
Salary: £25,207 per annum
Start Date: March 2025


We are looking for a natural storyteller, a quick learner and a whizz with technology and social media. Ideally, you’ll be passionate about working with children and young people with disabilities and the benefits of connecting with the great outdoors. About the Role

The Communications Officer Intern is a brand-new position at ELHAP, designed to help promote our services and impact, raise our profile and enhance our digital presence – so that our charity can grow to meet the rising demand for our services.

The role will report to the Fundraising Manager, but will work closely with the wider ELHAP staff and volunteer team. This internship is part-funded by the Jack Petchey Internship Programme and the successful applicant is required to take full part in the Jack Petchey Internship Development Programme and mentoring programme.
